PilotixTerms of Service
Pilotix is for authorized access to computers and accounts that you own or are permitted to operate.
Effective July 12, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Pilotix services, websites, Viewers and Agents operated by Digiport OÜ. By using Pilotix, you confirm that you can enter this agreement and will follow applicable law.
2. Authorized use
You may enroll and control only devices you own or are expressly authorized to administer. You are responsible for obtaining required consent from device owners, users and organizations, including consent for screen capture, remote input, audio and thumbnails.
3. Accounts and credentials
Keep account passwords, enrollment links, device credentials and session tokens confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you report unauthorized access. Do not share a reviewer, administrator or device credential outside its intended purpose.
4. Prohibited activity
- Accessing a device, account or data without authorization.
- Using Pilotix for surveillance, fraud, malware, credential theft or unlawful interception.
- Bypassing security controls, probing other customers or disrupting infrastructure.
- Reselling or representing Pilotix in a misleading way without written permission.
- Uploading or transmitting content that violates law or third-party rights.
5. Service operation
Remote-session quality depends on devices, permissions, networks, codecs and regional infrastructure. We may update, limit, suspend or discontinue features to protect security, reliability or legal compliance. Pilotix does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Software and third-party content
Pilotix and its software are owned by Digiport OÜ or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership. Software and content visible on a remote computer remain the responsibility of the device owner or user, who must hold the necessary rights and licenses.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, abuse, legal requirement or non-payment where a paid service applies. You may stop using Pilotix, uninstall Agents and request account deletion through Privacy Choices.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pilotix is provided on an “as available” basis. Digiport OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of data or business interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without overriding mandatory rights that apply in your country. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Estonia unless applicable law requires another forum.
