FAQ
What changes between plans?
What does an “enrolled device” mean?
A device is a machine you’ve added to your account by running the install command. Once enrolled it stays in your dashboard until you uninstall or revoke it.
Which platforms can I connect to?
macOS is production-ready. Linux (Ubuntu/Debian, X11) is an active MVP under hardening. A Windows agent is in internal development; a public signed package isn’t open yet.
Do quality presets use constant bandwidth?
No. The bitrate ceiling in each preset is a maximum. The viewer computes an initial target from active resolution, FPS cap and codec, and adapts within the ceiling.
Can I move a member between Personal and Business?
Personal is built around a single operator and their own devices. Business adds members, roles, assigned devices and shared operational history. You can upgrade as your team grows.
How do I remove a device?
Open the device detail and use the uninstall command to remove the agent cleanly, or revoke access to immediately cut the device from your account.
Connect to your devices in minutes.
Create a free account, add your first device with one command, and start a browser session with real diagnostics.
